Events & Registration
School of Word & Worship
God established covenant for the purpose of having a relationship of love and loyalty between Him and His children. We live in a society where breaking agreements is very easy and commonplace; but God's unwavering commitment to us is sealed and bound in His promise of who He is. Join the School of Word and Worship as we explore and delve deeper into "The Covenant Life of Worship." We gather every Wednesday in the main sanctuary from 7:00-9:00pm. There is no cost, and everyone is welcome. Children’s ministry is open each week. Contact Pastor Cathy for more details.

Loving on Purpose Summit – Danny Silk
In April, Living Faith is hosting the Washington D.C. area, “Loving on Purpose Summit.” The Summit is being organized and run by Danny Silk, a senior leader at Bethel Church and the Pastor of Jesus Culture in Sacramento, CA. He’s authored some great books, such as “Loving Your Kids on Purpose”, “Keep Your Love On”, “Culture of Honor” and “Business of Honor.”
The Loving on Purpose Summit covers three areas: succeeding in leadership and business relationships, overcoming dysfunctional relationships and creating life-giving ones, and parenting through connection vs. control as a way of teaching children to be governed from the inside.
Some topics covered will include: how to improve your leadership skills and build a sustainable culture of teamwork and community, how to overcome dysfunctional relationships and create life-giving ones, how to increase connection in your family, and how to empower children through connection to live life responsibly and powerfully.
Early registration runs through January 31st. You may register in the back of the sanctuary or on the Loving on Purpose website – www.lopsummits.com. Cost to attend is $35.00 per day or $65.00 for the entire Summit. If you have any questions, contact Pastor Bebette.
